Special Power Plants refer to power facilities with special functions or technical characteristics that can meet specific purposes and objectives, and are suitable for use in specific environments or conditions. Mainly including: Containerized power plants, Mobile power plants, Power barges, and Emergency power plants.
1. Containerized Power Plants (CPP) refer to the power plants composed of one or more containerized generator sets, which is composed of main container, auxiliary container and oil storage tank. It is suitable for field use in mines and oilfields.
2. Mobile Power Plant, Namely mobile generator sets. Usually Consists by the power generation vehicle and auxiliary vehicle. It is an independent and complete power generation device or system. Mobile power plants are mainly divided into three types: automobile power station, train power station and trailer power station. and is used on many fields of urban emergency power supply, rescuing operation, emergency power supply and military equipment etc. > Learn More ....
3. Floating Power Plants, refers to a mobile/semi permanent power generation facility that deploys power generation (or energy storage) equipments on ships or floating platforms, with water surface or ocean floating platforms as the bearing foundation, and achieves floating on water through buoyancy structures, matched with corresponding power generation systems and mooring anchoring devices, and can be deployed in nearshore or deep offshore areas. It can usually be divided into the following categories:
■ Power Barge, refers to a mobile special power generation facility that integrates a complete power generation system on the barge platform, which can be quickly deployed to various waters to provide stable power output. It is the most widely used Floating power plant in the engineering field. It is applicable to coastal areas and large river basins. The power generation system mainly refers to fuel oil/fuel gas or dual fuel generator sets.
■ Floating Photovoltaic Power Plant, refers to a photovoltaic power plant installed on water bodies based on floating bodies. Photovoltaic modules are carried by HDPE floating pipes/floating boxes and fixed in water surface areas with a depth of more than 5 meters using anchoring systems.
■ Floating Wind Power Plant, refers to a movable offshore wind power generation facility fixed to the seabed through floating foundations and mooring systems. Breaking through the water depth limitations of traditional fixed wind turbines, power generation can be deployed in deep sea areas with a depth of 60-300 meters.
4. Emergency Power Plants: Ensure that the emergency power supply can seamlessly take over the power supply in case of a main power failure. Most of them are internal combustion engine diesel power plants.
